Joint Mobility is a beginner-friendly exercise class focusing on… you guessed it: your joints! Each class will focus on one area of the body (i.e. hands and wrists, feet and ankles, etc.) and will include foam rolling/myofacial release, active stretching, and light strengthening to improve your joints’ range of motion. Think of it as flexibility, physical therapy, and preventative maintenance to keep your body moving the way it’s designed to well into your 70s, 80s, and beyond. Please bring a yoga mat or towel.
