Here’s the run-down of the program.

Enrollment opens once a year. The course is go at your own pace with new modules opening every week. We’ll have weekly calls with the group to give you a chance to go over that week’s material, ask questions, and get additional guidance from me.

Areas covered include:

  • Nutritional counseling
  • Exercise guidance for beginners, those with pre-existing conditions (i.e. high blood pressure), and those with injuries and other physical limitations
  • Sleep
  • How to make your home, work, and other environments work for you instead of against you, constantly being a source of temptation (curse you, smoked Gouda!)
  • How to stop your kids’ whining about trying new things, including vegetables – especially if the greenest thing they normally eat is a pickle (hint: it’s easier than you think)

You’ll also receive:

  • Free access to my fitness classes for the duration of the program
  • Weekly group coaching calls
  • A warm, fuzzy sense of community – it’s like a hug, but virtually, because COVID
