A curvy women’s health coach and fitness trainer. I help curvy women break free of all life’s aches and pains. Bonus: you learn to be healthy without losing your curves.

Who are these classes NOT a good fit for?

Anyone currently injured

If your pain has been ongoing for less than 3-6 months, this program is not for you. This is not a replacement for traditional physical therapy.

Your doctor / physical therapist has specifically told you not to exercise

They might do this for any number of reasons. Trust them. They’re smart people and they know what they’re doing.

You want a CrossFit-level intense workout

There will most certainly NOT be lots of push-ups and burpees in my classes. If that’s your jam, I’m definitely not your girl and this is not the site for you.

You're under 18

I’m not legally allowed to work with minors. Sorry. Blame my lawyers.

You identify as male

I specifically work with women who identify as curvy. I work hard to maintain a safe community where they don’t have to feel pressured or insecure. That includes limiting who’s allowed on this site.
